Shipping Admin Executive (Central location)

Company’s Profile:
They are a leading commodity trading company specialising in rubber & export industry, with established key partnerships across the region in countries including Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and are now looking for a Trading Admin Assistant to join their expanding team.


Work location: Suntec
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm


Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist Trading department to issue contracts and handle trading invoices, confirmations and documentation
  • Accounts and administrative work including tallying of statements, arranging of courier, data entry, filing, etc.
  • Tracking and updating of purchase, sales and shipping information
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year administrative work experience or relevant
  • Administrative experience in Banking or Commodity Trading companies would be an added advantage
    • Meticulous and well organised
