They are a leading commodity trading company specialising in rubber & export industry, with established key partnerships across the region in countries including Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and are now looking for a Trading Admin Assistant to join their expanding team.
Work location: Suntec
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Trading department to issue contracts and handle trading invoices, confirmations and documentation
- Accounts and administrative work including tallying of statements, arranging of courier, data entry, filing, etc.
- Tracking and updating of purchase, sales and shipping information
- At least 1 year administrative work experience or relevant
- Administrative experience in Banking or Commodity Trading companies would be an added advantage Meticulous and well organised
