Accounts Assistant (Basic up to 2.8k / 5 days)

Work Week: 5 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of AR / AP
- Data entry (supplier invoices & payments) in Quickbooks and NC Accounting System (include upload of all supporting documents into NC)
- Prepare and process payment after approval
- To handle subcontractor payment certification and back charge billing and accounts reconciliation
- Handle month-end closing of books of accounts
- Prepare monthly accounting reports Ad-hoc project when required
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking Possess knowledge of Quick Books software / NC Accounting System
