The candidate shall have the following requirements:
(a) At least 6 years of working experience in the following environment:
i) DBMS:
- DB2 - Mandatory
- MS SQL Server - Preferred
ii) Operating Environment:
- IBM Mainframe - Mandatory
- z/OS (OS/390) - Mandatory
(b) At least 4 years of working experience in system analysis, design and testing - Mandatory
(c) Able to write DB2 programs using the following programming languages:
i) COBOL - Mandatory
ii) CICS - Mandatory
iii) CA-Easytrieve Plus - Preferred
(d) Have hands-on application development experience in:
i) PEGA PRPC and PEGA frameworks - Preferred
ii) JAVA - Preferred
(e) Experience in using tools like IBM Rational Developer for z Systems (RDz), Integrated Development System for z/OS(IDz), IBM debugger would be an added advantage- Preferred
(f) Good communication and written skills - Mandatory
(g) Able to work independently in gathering requirements from users, designing, implementing, maintaining application systems and project management - Mandatory
