Temp Accounts Executive (Nov 2024 - Feb 2025)

CONTRACT

Location: Redhill
Working hours: 5 days, 9am - 6pm
Salary: Up to $3,800
Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts
- Experience in managing AP/AR/GL functions
- Responsible for month-end and year-end closing
- Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting
- Monthly bank reconciliation and fixed assets accounting
- Assist in tax compliance submissions including GST reporting for Singapore Handle and participate in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA (Stage 1) or equivalent professional qualifications
- 3 years’ relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts
- Capable of maintaining full set of accounts
- A team player with quick learning capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Computer literacy in spreadsheet and accounting software
- Globe3 accounting software knowledge is an advantage Must be able to commit the above duration
