About Trust & Safety
Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Tik Tok LIVE safety strategy, user experience and platform product
• Responsible for enforcement capability construction to supply enablers and measures to solve safety problems.
• Responsible for enforcement strategy to reduce violation content, at the same time balance user experience.
• Responsible for violation notification and user education to enhance platform's transparency and improve user experience in violation scenario.
• Responsible for strategy platforms to make strategy more transparent, easier to manage and improve the efficiency of strategy launch and adjust.
• Fully cooperate with policy, algorithms, R&D, UED, Legal Team, and responsible for XFN resource coordinating and project management.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above
• More than 5 years of work experience, and at least 2 years of team management experience
• Have deep understanding of governance strategy, user experience and platform product, and be able to develop complete product plan and lead team to achieve results
• Have strong communication skills especially with R&D, have strong technical system, algorithm and user experience understanding
• Have strong abstracting capacity, data analysis ability and content sense

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience in content product, experience in governance product
