About the team
In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of creator, educating and onbarding them into Tik Tok Shop.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop Tik Tok Shop Creator e-commerce sales performance in livestream and video channels, manage mid-tier and long-tail creators, focus on increasing both the quantity and performance
• Coordinate and execute operational planning, content strategies and growth initiatives for creators
• Facilitate affiliate collaboration by implementing product selection, price benchmarking, advertisement arrangement, campaign setup, livestream scripting and video preparation.
• Build and manage relationships with creators, media companies, key merchants, content creators, macro KOLs and Singaporean celebrities

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or above, at least 2 years of E-commerce experience
• Familiar with Tik Tok Singapore influencers, social media landscape
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with project management skills
• Experience in analytics and presentation with good attention to details

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with the creator industry or any relevant industry market.
• Successful incubation project management experience is highly preferred.
