Responsibilities
- Collection of certification fees and point of sale entry of fees collected
- Explaining Certificate of Origin application and Carnet procedures to customers
- Processing Certificate of Origin applications, Carnet and endorsing other shipping documents
- Managing queried/rejected applications and phone/counter enquiries from customers
- On the job training will be provided.
- Hands-on exposure to trade documentation work
- Plenty of customer interaction on the phone and over the counter
- A 5-day work week
- A stable and pro-family working environment in a small, supportive team

- Staying consistently alert and meticulous is important to manage risk and provide quality service
- Multi-tasking aspects of the job can sometimes be an adrenalin rush

- You must be able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels in fluent spoken and written English
- You must be willing to keep learning
- Experience in trade finance operations/shipping/freight forwarding is an advantage but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
