Pepsi Co SA employs more than 13, 000 people across our three business divisions: Bakeries, Grains, Foods, Fruit, Snacks, Juice & Beverages.
Responsibilities: What are we looking for?
- Verified inter-coy debits & account allocations, parked journals, accounted pre-paid & accruals and allocated misc. bank items and/ or
- Checked time sheets, verified variances, submitted payroll items, maintained personnel administration incl. provident fund items and/ or
- Arranged travel, accommodation, ext. venues & catering, processed claims, prepared presentations, and typed correspondence
- Compile monthly reports
- Perform daily drivers’ recons
- Follow up and process outstanding invoices
- Taking orders and taking queries
- Matric
- 3 years relevant experience
- Debtors experience
- Creditors experience
- Experience working with Stock, Wages, Orders and Drivers reconciliations
- Experience using SAP System
