Job Purpose
The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to manage the delivery of departmental work organisation capacity services, transversal job design, transversal organisation design and alignment as well as service delivery initiatives. This post is based in Cape Town,CBD.
Minimum Requirements
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Social Science, Humanities, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Public and Business Management Sciences or related; A minimum of 3 years management level experience in an Organisational Development or related environment; A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence.

Remuneration
All-inclusive salary package of R 849 702 per annum (Salary Level 11).
