We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Merch Dominator. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our online Print On Demand Research platform.

- Build a high performing Digital Marketing team. Lead, mentor, and manage the team to ensure alignment with company goals and professional growth of team members.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote Merch Dominator and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis to optimise marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Develop engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and advertising materials.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimise Merch Dominator’s presence on social media platforms to maximise engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to implement innovative strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a similar role in e-commerce and Saa S.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, GTM, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
