Head Internal Recruiter and Sales Team Manager (100% Remote)

Overview:
We are looking for a great communicator with proven recruitment and management experience to become part of a young, fun team in Sydney and South Africa, from a remote location. You will be responsible for recruitment strategies in both ANZ and SA and for managing the local outbound South Africa Sales Team.
Crowd Box are a relatively new sales and marketing agency, based in Sydney, who have experienced significant growth in the last 2 years and are looking for the next sales stars to join the team!

You will be responsible for recruitment strategies in both ANZ and SA and for managing the local outbound South Africa Sales Team.

Our ideal candidate has:
- At least 1 year’s Recruitment experience*
- At least 1 years’ experience leading a team
- A student mentality and is a quick learner with the ability to hit the ground running
- Culture Builder
- Excellent communication and people skills – must be able to build relationships with senior DMs over a short period of time
- Professional approach and phone manner (essential)
- Ability to work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm AEST (Australia local time with some recruitment to be done in South Africa time zone)
- Degree non-essential, but deemed helpful

- Sourcing candidates: Using a variety of sources, such as job boards, job websites, referrals, industry events, and universities, to find potential candidates
- Interviewing candidates: Scheduling and coordinating interviews, including phone screens
- Evaluating candidates: Screening applications and resumes, and evaluating candidates
- Developing recruitment strategies: Creating and implementing strategies to identify and select the best candidates
- Partnering with hiring managers: Working with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand job requirements and qualifications
- Providing feedback: Providing interview feedback and answering candidate questions
- Onboarding new hires: Helping with the onboarding process for new hires
- Analysing retention and turnover rates: Analysing retention and turnover rates
- Managing recruitment campaigns: Creating, leading, and managing recruitment campaigns
- Partnering with external providers: Identifying and partnering with external providers to meet hiring needs
- Developing an attraction strategy: Developing an attraction strategy to find the best candidates and encourage them to apply
- Manage and be responsible for the performance of South Africa Sales team
- Regularly Check KPIs are being achieved
- Report into Senior Management and provide reports on performance of team
