We’re seeking a talented and creative AFRIKAANS SPEAKING Junior Front-End Developer with a strong focus on UI/UX to join our dynamic team!

Location: Remote, with occasional meetings at our office in Roodepoort, Gauteng, South Africa.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and Develop: Bring intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces to life using HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, JQuery and PHP/Laravel.
• ⁠UI/UX Expertise: Focus on improving user experiences across our internal and customer-facing web applications, ensuring interfaces are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
• ⁠Collaboration: Work closely with our full-stack and back-end developers to seamlessly integrate front-end elements with our applications.
• ⁠Innovation: Apply best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring our applications are cutting-edge.
• ⁠Version Control: Utilize Git Hub for version control and collaboration within our development process.

We’re Looking For:

• UI/UX Passion: A strong interest in user interface design and user experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design skills.
• ⁠Front-End Expertise: Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, JQuery and PHP/Laravel.
• ⁠Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools like Adobe, Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• ⁠Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to creating pixel-perfect designs.
• ⁠Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new challenges with creativity and problem-solving skills.
• ⁠Experience: Previous experience in front-end development, whether through professional work, freelance projects, or personal endeavors.
• ⁠Team Player: Ability to work independently from home while being a collaborative team member in group projects.
• ⁠Laravel PHP Framework: Experience with front-end development using PHP and Laravel framework.
• ⁠CSS Frameworks: Experience with Bootstrap CSS and Tailwind CSS is advantageous.
