We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our marketing strategies by managing data collection, analysis, and reporting. Your insights will drive data-informed decisions to enhance our marketing efforts and boost enrolment growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Collection:

• Gather, manage and organise marketing data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain databases and dashboards to track key performance metrics and trends.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Analyse marketing data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for strategy optimisation.
• Create and deliver comprehensive reports on marketing performance, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement.

Audience Understanding:

• Conduct market research to gain insights into audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors.
• Develop detailed audience profiles to enhance targeting and engagement strategies.
• Monitoring website traffic.

Budget Optimisation:

• Monitor and analyse marketing expenditures, ensuring efficient use of the budget.
• Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance data and ROI analysis.

Trend Monitoring:

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Identify and report on relevant trends that could impact marketing strategies and outcomes.

SEO Management:

• Oversee and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic to our website.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, and monitor SEO performance.
• Analyse SEO metrics and adjust strategies to enhance search engine rankings and user engagement.

Software and Tools:

• Utilise data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and any other relevant software.

The requirements are, but are not limited to:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar data-focused role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of key metrics for measuring the success of marketing campaigns.
• Basic proficiency in SEO practices and tools.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools like Power BI (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of data analytics methods and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
