Duties and responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our Nutrition portfolio and drive sales growth and profitability objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Create and manage product launch plans, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze and monitor product performance, sales, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure profitability of the Nutrition portfolio in line with the company's financial objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead strategic planning for the Nutrition portfolio, including setting long-term goals, identifying growth opportunities, and overseeing product development initiatives.
• Develop and execute product roadmap, including identifying new market segments, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
• Drive innovation and differentiation in the market through marketing initiatives.
• Assist with forecasting to support supply chain operations and ensure efficient inventory management.
• Stay up to date on industry developments, regulations, and best practices in nutrition marketing.
• Provide product, clinical and scientific support to the sales team.
• Ensure thorough understanding of customers’ tendering & quote systems to optimize profitable contract opportunities.
• Ensure coordination of the division with other functional areas of the local organization and global headquarters (Finance, Controlling, Sales Administration, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Customer Services, etc.).
• Leading, inspiring, motivating and developing employees by building a culture of trust, accountability, and diversity.

Professional competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition.
• Proven experience (min 5 years) in marketing and/or product management, preferably in the nutrition or health industry.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, financial analysis and defining sales budgets.
• Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing a Sales Team or a Marketing Team.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
