Job Title: PMO Manager/Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a PMO Manager/Coordinator to oversee project management across the organization. The role involves implementing project management methodologies, supporting project teams, and ensuring alignment between project activities and business objectives.

Pay: R180,00 - R220,00 per hour
Location: Remote, South Africa
Job Summary: We are seeking a PMO Manager/Coordinator to oversee project management across the organization. The role involves implementing project management methodologies, supporting project teams, and ensuring alignment between project activities and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce project management standards and processes.
- Support project managers in planning, execution, and closing.
- Track project statuses, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
- Monitor resource utilization and ensure optimal project staffing.
- Identify areas for improvement in project management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's is a plus).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with 2+ years in a PMO role.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
