Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team for a contract, with the possibility of extension. The role is remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, etc.).
- Guide and coach the team on Agile best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management.
- Remove impediments to ensure smooth Sprint progress.
- Monitor and report team performance metrics.
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira.
- Fintech experience is a plus, but not required.
