Location: Gauteng, South Africa
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in consulting and technology-based condition assessments for building infrastructure. The ideal candidate must be registered with SACPCMP or PMI and have a minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience in the consulting space.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage condition assessment projects with a focus on building infrastructure.
Utilize advanced technologies in conducting condition assessments and report generation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality assessments and solutions.
Manage client relationships and ensure timely project delivery.
Develop and maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
SACPCMP/PMI registration (essential).
Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience.
Proven experience in building infrastructure technology-based condition assessments.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Consulting experience is essential.
