2D/3D Modeling Technician/Draughtsman (Building Infrastructure Assessments)

Location: Gauteng, South Africa
We are looking for an experienced 2D/3D Modeling Technician to support building infrastructure condition assessments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in generating detailed 2D and 3D models from digital data, supporting technology-based assessments in a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop precise 2D and 3D models of building infrastructure for condition assessments.
Collaborate with teams using digital tools such as drones and photogrammetry for accurate data capture.
Integrate digital models into comprehensive reports and visual presentations.
Creating technical drawings.
Assist in analyzing infrastructure conditions and creating visual documentation.
Ensure all models are compatible with industry-standard software (e.g., Autodesk Revit).
Requirements:
Expertise in 2D and 3D modeling for building infrastructure projects.
Proficiency with modeling software such as Autodesk Revit, Auto CAD, or similar tools.
Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a consulting setting.
Strong communication and technical skills.
