We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Ecommerce Specialist to join our finance team and help manage our financial operations with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure Shopify stores, including product listings, collections, and payment gateways.
• Customize Shopify themes to align with brand aesthetics and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Implement and optimize Shopify apps and integrations to enhance store functionality.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Shopify stores, ensuring smooth operation and quick resolution of issues.
• Optimize Shopify stores for performance, including load time, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Manage the setup and customization of the Shopify checkout process, ensuring a secure and user-friendly experience.
• Provide technical support for Shopify-related issues, troubleshooting errors, bugs, and performance problems.
• Stay up-to-date with Shopify updates, features, and best practices, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, customer support) to ensure store goals are met.
• Conduct regular audits of Shopify stores to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Manage inventory systems, shipping options, and tax setup within Shopify.
• Train staff on using Shopify’s admin panel for day-to-day operations.

Data Tracking & Analytics:

• Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) within Shopify for comprehensive tracking and reporting of user behavior and store performance.
• Implement UTM parameters to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media, and referral traffic.
• Ensure proper tracking of e-commerce events, including product views, add-to-cart actions, and checkout completions.
• Work with marketing and advertising teams to optimize campaigns using data-driven insights from UTM and GA4 tracking.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Shopify platform and ecosystem (themes, apps, integrations).
• Strong understanding of Shopify Liquid programming and theme development.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script) to customize and optimize Shopify stores.
• Familiarity with Shopify API and app development is a plus.
• Experience setting up and managing Google Analytics 4 (GA4), UTM tracking, and e-commerce event tracking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on user experience, data analysis, and store performance.
