Position Type: Half-day (Basic salary + Commission)
Are you a skilled tele-canvasser with 1-2 years of experience, ready to take the next step in your career? Join our dynamic real estate team and help us connect with property owners and potential clients in Somerset West, Strand, and Gordon's Bay.
Responsibilities:
- Reach daily telecanvassing call targets
- Establish rapport with homeowners over the phone
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for sales agents
- Update systems with relevant homeowner information
- Communicate and report to management and sales agents regarding leads
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture ongoing relationships
- Proficiency in Afrikaans is non-negotiable
- Telecanvassing or sales-oriented background
- Exceptional customer service
- Adherence to principles and values
- Ability to adapt and respond to change
- Resilience under pressure and setbacks
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Grade 12
- Minimum 1-2 years of telemarketing experience
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with real estate rules and regulations (preferred)
- Computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Half-day position with flexibility
- Basic salary + commission on successful deals
- Cell phone allowance / Company cellphone
- Supportive, friendly team environment

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
