Swatch Group Korea’s Breguet division is dedicated to upholding these values while driving forward innovative sales, marketing, and retail strategies. We are now looking for an experienced Brand Manager to elevate the brand’s presence in the Korean market, guiding the team towards new levels of success. Role Purpose: The Brand Manager for Breguet will take full ownership of the brand's strategy, sales development, and operational execution in Korea, acting as the entrepreneurial leader driving all aspects of the brand’s success. This role demands not only a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills but also an individual who takes full accountability for the brand’s performance in the country. You will be expected to proactively translate the global brand vision into local initiatives, maximizing brand growth, profitability, and market share. As the Brand Manager, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring flawless execution while maintaining strict alignment with HQ strategies. In this highly competitive luxury landscape, the ability to navigate challenges and consistently deliver outstanding results will be key to the brand’s ongoing success. You will own the responsibility of driving the brand forward, with a strong sense of accountability for achieving measurable, impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy and Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy in alignment with the global objectives set by Breguet HQ. Create both long-term and short-term strategies that ensure sustainable growth in market share, brand visibility, and profitability. Drive annual budgeting processes, ensuring that resources are allocated to meet financial targets and deliver effective ROI. Conduct continuous P&L analysis to track performance, adjust strategies as necessary, and report key insights to Brand HQ and local stakeholders. Lead market research and competitor analysis, positioning the brand optimally against competitors in Korea’s luxury market. 2. Sales Development and Channel Management: Set ambitious sales objectives, distributing targets across retail boutiques and other channels to optimize performance. Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales trends to inform sales strategies, identifying areas for improvement and action. Develop tactical plans for sales enhancement, including in-store promotions, staff training, and customer engagement activities. Monitor competitor performance, identifying risks and opportunities for Breguet in Korea. Provide consistent sales reports to both the HQ and local management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps. 3. Boutique Network and Operations: Oversee the expansion and optimization of Breguet’s retail network in Korea, including new store openings, boutique renovations, and closures. Manage negotiations with key retail partners such as department stores, luxury retailers, and duty-free operators. Ensure that all boutiques operate in line with Breguet’s global standards, from customer service to visual merchandising and brand representation. Develop initiatives to improve customer experiences at boutique levels, focusing on creating an exclusive and high-end shopping environm
