Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and prepare documents.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
• Respond to email inquiries.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1), with preferred experience working in Japan.
• Strong command of either written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) or English.
• Relevant work experience, ideally in administration and operations.
