KEY DIMENSIONS: SCOPE & SCALE

• Provide administrative assistance and support to marketing & sales team in Immunology Franchise and RD/RBD Franchise in SANOFI Korea
  
• Organization context: Direct report to Head of MCO Immuno Franchise, Sanofi Korea
  

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Support sales and marketing in both Immunology Franchise and RD/RBD Franchise

• Manage PO/expense settlement
  
• Train new comers and support on-boarding & off-boarding process
  
• Support E&C progress & proposal
  
• Support Vendor/3rd party stakeholder management
  

2. Ensure Compliance and SOPs

• Manage regular KRPIA report, transparency program management,
  
• Support contracting process
  
• Support evidence documentation for customer events/speaker events
  
• Provide financial/ administrative support involving internal e-system
  

3. Support general administrative work and assigned projects

• Support office general affairs for MCO Immunology franchise head and the franchise
  
• Support internal meeting preparation
  
• Expense settlement
  

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

[Education]

• Bachelor degree or above
  

[Experience & knowledge]

• Experience in a global company, ideally in pharmaceutical industry
  
• Clear understanding of roles & functions
  
• Min 2 years related to the Coordinator or assistant position
  

[Core competencies /skills]

• Good internal communication in both written & verbal form
  
• Language proficiency both in Korean & English
  
• Extensive computer skills required (MS, Excel, Power Point)
  
• Detail-oriented, proactive and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
