As a Creator Acquisition Executive, you will be at the forefront of expanding our network of You Tube creators. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, reaching out to, and building relationships with content creators, particularly those involved in BGM (Background Music) You Tube Shorts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creator acquisition, digital content creation, and the broader music and entertainment industries, all within a fast-paced, multinational environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth research to identify and evaluate content creators across platforms like You Tube and Tik Tok who have potential interest in creating You Tube BGM Shorts.
• Craft compelling introduction emails to showcase our BGM services and value propositions.
• Source and approach potential creators, nurturing long-term relationships with them.
• Work closely with senior members to support ongoing projects and collaborate with the regional Creator Growth teams in Japan and Thailand to drive creator acquisition initiatives.
• Analyze social media trends and performance to identify high-potential creators and emerging trends within the BGM space.

Who You Are

• A passion for You Tube, digital content creation, and the music industry.
• Strong communication skills in both Korean and English (written and spoken).
• A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital tools for creator outreach.
• Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
