About the team
Tik Tok LIVE-Regional Operations-Korea aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.

Responsibilities

• You will be in charge of acquiring creators, community growth, and activation in Tik Tok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow Tik Tok LIVE together as a partner while building a good relationship value with creators.
• Formulating strategies for acquiring creators, growing, and revitalizing the community based on market and competition research

・Planning and executing of measures related to partnerships with creators
・Management work related to creators' LIVE distribution activities
・Creating manuals and community guidelines for creators
・Conducting creator showcases
・Management of goals and KPIs and data analysis
・Planning and executing other related measures
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong interest and understanding of the LIVE Streaming industry
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in an international and diverse environment
• Business-level proficiency in the Korean language

Preferred skills/experience

• Experience in the LIVE streaming industry
• Experience in sales or business development in the IT or media industry
• Experience in building and managing a team from scratch
• Business-level proficiency in English
