ING Bank covers Wholesale and Retail Banking in Asia Pacific. Our Wholesale Banking business is present and active in 11 major economies in the Asia Pacific, namely Australia, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam.

Job Profile Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day processing requirements of the function performs various structured routine operational tasks in a standard work environment. Handles medium complex processes. Understands the mission and vision of the company and how the department contributes to that. Works under supervision; receives instruction, guidance, and direction from a senior team member. Acts in line with ING rules and policies.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Analyst, your tasks and responsibilities will principally be:

Responsible for Day-to-day processing for FX/Derivatives/Money Market/Futures/Fixed Income.
Handle Local Application /Local Settlements/Local reporting /Client in Local language.
Interact and liaison with Front Office, Agent, Client and all other relevant parties to ensure the smooth processing of transactions.
Preparation and oversight of reports and statistical data for internal use in the aspects of volume count, control and management purposes.
Ensure that knowledge of banking products and operational processes is recognized and documented in work instructions and procedures. Does this for complex products and projects.
Perform ad-hoc duties and queries assigned from time to time.
Understand roles, authorities, responsibilities, and obligations of compliance and conduct their business accordingly.
Ensure that the proper control is in place in all operational process .
Update Standard Operating Procedure when there are changes.
Undertake special projects as required.

What we're looking for:

To be considered for this role, the applicant would ideally possess the following pre-requisites:

Preferred 5-10 years of working experience in Market Operation.
Fluent in English and Korean, both verbally and written.
Ability to communicate well and work with people in different department at all levels.
Proficiency in Excel, MS office, Word, Power Point.
Willingness to learn and participate in activities.
Open minded and eagerness to challenge.
Positive and constructive feedback to team members continuously.
