Job Profile Summary

Applies specialist Product Finance knowledge to originate, structure and execute product specific transactions (e.g. acquisition finance transactions, typically in the form of leveraged buyouts for Private Equity firms or export financings supported by Export Credit Agencies). Undertakes a range of activities which include pitching, credit analysis, modelling, writing credit applications, negotiations and documentation on new transactions as well as all monitoring tasks that come with the management of an existing portfolio, including reviews, covenant monitoring and all regulatory reporting, and maintains strong relationships with clients/parties relevant for the product in consultation with Account Management, to provide a comprehensive service for ING. Keeps track of market developments for its lending product in the jurisdictions and/or sectors covered to be able to adapt and respond to current situations.
