Job Function: Software & Cloud Services The role:

• Develop detailed and execute against project plans and work breakdown structures.
• Develop Architecture Specification deliverables that map customer business requirements to solution / technologies.
• Create and implement systems and platform designs based on in-depth knowledge of one and broad knowledge of other technologies and/or alliance product landscape.
• Complete solution implementation or application design deliverables.
• Learn quickly and keep pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry particularly in cloud and mobility.
• Work with the project manager(s) to ensure timescales are met on deliverables.
• Identify risks and issues and manage these with the project team.
• Interact with the customer IT teams to deliver the project.
• Maintain a high ethical view.

What we need to see from you:

• Existing full-time work rights in South Korea
• Full professional proficiency in Korean and working proficiency in English
• Highly motivated and results oriented
• 2-3 years of experience in a Systems Integrator or within a large organization (>2000 users) implementing complex IT solutions.
• 2-3 years of customer interaction in a consultant, technical delivery, or technical leadership role.
• Must be certified in Microsoft Microsoft 365
• Have undertaken several Microsoft 365 migrations including.
  • On premise to cloud – required.
  • Cloud to Cloud e.g., Google - desirable
• Expert knowledge in the following technology areas
  • Business Productivity (Exchange Online, Share Point Online, Skype for Business, One Drive, Teams)
  • Exchange & Messaging Technologies
  • Cloud solutions (Public, Private, Hybrid)
  • Enterprise Mobility & Security (EM+S)
  • Intune, AIP, ATP, DLP and other security solutions
• Advanced knowledge in the following technology areas
  • Microsoft 365 Migration Tools – Bit Titan, Quest etc
  • Ancillary Microsoft 365 workloads including but not limited to Forms, Planner, Power Automate, Power BI, Yammer, Stream..
  • Network and Advanced Security in Microsoft 365
  • Information management
  • Mobility and WAN
  • Identity management
• Desirable skills to have experience around the following:
  • Citrix
  • Teams Enterprise Voice configuration
• Will have experience from all phases of the development lifecycle and of formal approaches to development (Agile, MSF), project management (Prince II, PMP) and service management (ITIL).
• Good problem-solving skills required.
