About the business division

You’ll be part of a team that provides innovative solutions to clients across Foreign Exchange, Rates, Emerging Markets and Credit. With a constantly evolving client offering our experience helps us to respond to market trends, deliver for our clients and make a difference in the world.
Your experience in FIC might include pitching trades to the team, participating in client calls or exploring new financing opportunities. What we look for:
We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programmes will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us.
To be eligible for the 2025 Graduate Programme you must:
- Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2024 and 31st March 2025.
- Be able to start full-time work in April 2025, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
- Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
