Job Title: Native English Teacher
Location: Mapo, Seoul
Teaching Schedule: Monday through Friday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Student Level: Kindergarten & Elementary
Salary: 2.5 million KRW/month (negotiable)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Native English Teacher to join our school in Mapo, Seoul, starting in March 2025. This position involves teaching both kindergarten and elementary students in an engaging and creative environment. If you have a passion for working with young learners and can adapt to their unique learning styles, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:

• Teach English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) to kindergarten and elementary students
• Develop and deliver interactive and age-appropriate lesson plans
• Foster a positive, engaging, and creative learning environment
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents
• Use a variety of teaching methods and educational tools to enhance learning
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support student development
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
• Participate in professional development workshops and activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Notarized and Apostilled)
• TESOL/TEFL Certification
• Previous teaching experience in ESL/EFL (preferred)
• Native English speaker
• Apostilled National Background Check

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to meet the diverse learning needs of young students
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with educational technology (preferred)
