Job Title: Native English Teacher
Location: Mapo, Seoul
Starting Date: Late November 2024 & Late February 2025
Teaching Schedule: Monday through Friday
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Teaching Hours: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Student Level: 4th Grade – 9th Grade
Salary: 2.5 million KRW/month (negotiable)
Contract Duration: 1 year
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Native English Teacher to teach students from 4th to 9th grade in Mapo, Seoul. This is an exciting opportunity for educators who are passionate about working with young learners and teenagers, helping them improve their English skills in an engaging and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:

• Teach English focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
• Develop and implement lesson plans that are tailored to different learning levels
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly
• Provide constructive feedback to guide student development
• Foster a positive and interactive classroom environment
• Use a variety of teaching methods and educational technologies to engage students
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff
• Maintain records of student performance and attendance
• Participate in professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Notarized and Apostilled)
• TESOL/TEFL Certification
• Previous teaching experience in ESL/EFL (preferred)
• Native English speaker
• Apostilled National Background Check

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Adaptability to diverse student needs
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with educational technology (preferred)
