Job Title: Native English Teacher
Location: Mapo, Seoul
Starting Date: Late November 2024 & Late February 2025
Teaching Schedule: Monday through Friday
Working Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 1:30 PM – 8:40 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday: 1:30 PM – 8:10 PM

Student Level: Elementary students
Contract Duration: 1 year
Salary: 2.5 million KRW/month (negotiable)
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Native English Teacher to join our vibrant school in Mapo, Seoul. You will be teaching English to elementary-level students in a dynamic and engaging environment. Responsibilities:

• Teach English focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to students' needs
• Monitor and evaluate student progress through assessments
• Provide constructive feedback to support student development
• Foster a positive and creative learning atmosphere
• Utilize diverse teaching methods and educational technology to engage students
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, school administrators, and parents
• Participate in professional development and training workshops
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Notarized and Apostilled)
• TESOL/TEFL Certification
• Prior teaching experience in ESL/EFL (preferred)
• Native English speaker
• Apostilled National Background Check

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to accommodate various student learning needs
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a team
• Familiarity with educational technology (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents
