Teaching Schedule: Monday to Friday
School Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Student Level: Kindergarten + Elementary
Salary: 2.5 Million Korean Won per month (Negotiable)
Vacation Days: 11 working days plus national holidays
Housing: One-room furnished or housing allowance

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Native English Teacher to join our school located in Gangseo, Seoul, South Korea. This role involves teaching English to kindergarten and elementary-level students in an engaging and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young learners and the ability to adapt to various student needs.
Responsibilities:

• Teach English: Provide lessons in reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills to non-native English speakers.
• Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and are tailored to individual student needs.
• Assess Progress: Monitor and assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments.
• Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning and language skills.
• Learning Environment: Foster a positive and creative learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Diverse Teaching Methods: Utilize various teaching methods, materials, and technology to engage students.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, administrators, and parents to support student growth and development.
• Professional Development: Attend workshops and conferences to stay updated on teaching methodologies and technologies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
• Parental Communication: Regularly communicate with parents regarding their child's performance and offer suggestions for additional support at home.

• Experience with educational software and technology is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• TESOL/TEFL Certification (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages/Teaching English as a Foreign Language).
• Prior teaching experience, preferably in ESL or EFL contexts.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
• Knowledge of cultural norms and customs of the students' home countries is beneficial.
• Candidates must be native English speaker.
• Bachelor’s Degree must be notarized and apostilled.
• National Background Check is required (Apostilled).
