Teaching Days: Monday to Friday
School Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Student Level: Kindergarten + Elementary
Salary: 2.5 Million KRW per month (Negotiable)
Vacation Days: 11 working days plus National Holidays
Housing: One room furnished or Housing Allowance (₩400,000)

Responsibilities:

• Teach English: Provide instruction in reading, writing, speaking, and listening for non-native English-speaking students.
• Lesson Planning: Create and implement lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum, customized for individual students.
• Assess Progress: Conduct quizzes, tests, and assignments to assess and monitor student progress.
• Constructive Feedback: Provide students with feedback to enhance their learning and English skills.
• Positive Learning Environment: Promote active participation, critical thinking, and creativity in the classroom.
• Engaging Teaching Methods: Use various teaching materials, technology, and methods to engage students.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other teachers, administrators, and parents to support student development.
• Professional Development: Participate in workshops and training to stay updated on the latest teaching methods and technology.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and overall student progress.
• Parental Communication: Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and offer guidance for additional support at home.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Flexibility to accommodate different learning styles and student needs.
• Familiarity with educational technology is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• TESOL/TEFL Certification.
• Previous teaching experience in ESL/EFL contexts is preferred.
• Native English speakers from Canada, USA, South Africa, Ireland, UK, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Bachelor’s degree must be notarized and apostilled.
• Apostilled National Background Check required.
