Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) for Cell culture media solutions in South Korea. As a TSS, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with a team of professionals who consistently demonstrate strong work behaviors, and play a key role in driving our growth and success in the region.
Responsibilities:
Determine customer needs and provide flawless product knowledge and solutions
Aligning with Global and APJ team for developing business strategies and sales pipelines to achieve and exceed targets in assigned territory
Collaborate with other commercial teams such as Bioproduction Account Manager (BAM) and Field Application Scientist (FAS) to drive customer satisfaction
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Bio Sciences/Bioprocessing or equivalent experience
Proven experience in commercial roles within the bioprocess industry (minimum 6 years)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Sufficient English communication skills
