Job Description
At Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we are offering an exceptional opportunity for a Staff Scientist, field applications in the Li-ion batteries industry to join our world-class team in South Korea. As a Staff Scientist, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and making a positive impact in the scientific community.
Responsibilities:
- Determine customer needs and provide flawless solutions to meet their requirements.
- Successfully implement robust strategies to discover causative relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to compete effectively in the Li-ion battery market.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Stay on top of the state-of-the-art technology & analysis trends and provide actionable information in performing collaboration projects with customers.
- At least 5+ years of practical experience in R&D, electrochemistry, material sciences or analysis in the field of Li-ion secondary batteries.
- Effective communication skill and problem-solving ability.
- Highly organized with excellent technical leadership skills.
- More than master degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
