WHAT'S THE ROLE?
The Product Portfolio Manager- Electric Tools and Accessories(ET&A) is responsible for the coordination, implementation and control of the effective local product leadership strategy (PLS) for construction electric tools and accessories product portfolio segment in South Korea.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

• Report directly to the Head of PLS, develop strategic directions for your responsible product line through translating global or regional product line strategies fitting into local market needs and achieve market leadership position.
• Identify business potential through understanding our products, applications, market, competition and our customers; and craft a direction of how to achieve business goals and objectives including product portfolio selection to launch locally, setting price, forecasting demand, and designing/training value proposition argument for sales team to deliver in the market.
• Involvement in brand management to proactively communicate product value to internal/external stakeholders through customer on/offline events, marketing campaign, etc. to drive account development and customer engagement.
• Best Teamwork! Be a strong partner with other teams in operational excellence.
• Closely collaborate with Asia Hub team in Hong Kong.
• Full range of Go-to-market strategy experience from data analysis, strategy development, and field implementation steering through direct sales force.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering. Master in business/marketing or MBA is advantageous
• Minimum 3 years to 10 years experience
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must
• Mobility to relocate to other countries for future career advancement
• Excellent knowledge of product value propositioning and consultative selling
• Strategic thinker who can articulate clear direction with solid logic out of ambiguity
• Understand different market segments and how to penetrate. Understand customers’ needs and ability to identify potential for future growth
• High ability in crafting direction with analytical skills
• Strategic storytelling skill
• Strong team collaboration capability and influence to people at different levels with leadership potentials
• Winning mindset and can-do attitude, drive to outperform
• Self-motivated professional with spirit of challenging the status-quo
• Adapt and fit in quickly to a changing environment with the ability to work under pressure
• Ambitious in future career progression in marketing, sales or general management
