Coupang Pay Seller Payments Team is committed to transforming how sellers manage their financial liquidity by offering innovative financing products. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us in this exciting journey to provide best-in-class solutions that enable sellers to thrive in a competitive marketplace.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing on ambitious OKRs that directly address liquidity pain points for sellers. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, and finance to bring innovative lending products to market. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle, from initial concept through full execution and optimization, ensuring a measurable impact on seller growth and satisfaction.
The role is currently based out of Seoul, South Korea.
Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, or a related field

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a product vision and guide the team through key milestones

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience developing and launching software or applications that provide an end-to-end experience in a large, complex domain

• Experience managing cross-functional projects

• Experience analyzing large data sets and making decisions based on the data

• Experience gathering requirements from various stakeholders and turning them into a product solution

• Technical expertise in analytical tools, methodologies, and design

• Business level and above Korean/English language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems

• Experience in Fintech

• Experience identifying key opportunities and developing product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that align with broader organizational goals

• Experience managing the entire product development lifecycle, incorporating customer feedback into requirements, and overseeing pre- and post-launch execution

• A willingness to adapt and find creative solutions in a constantly changing environment.

• AB testing experience is a plus
