Summary:

Essential Functions:

• Provide accurate, consistent, and timely analysis and reporting. Coordinate operational accounting responsibilities to ensure timely recording of manufacturing transactions, accurate standard cost and inventory management, and all operating reporting requirements are met.
• Work with the local operations management team to facilitate effective business decisions and provide financial analysis. Support global & regional operation initiatives and special projects.
• Actively participate in the annual plan and quarterly forecast processes – coordinate budget assumptions, expenses, and deadlines with the local management team and the worldwide divisional finance. Provide monthly forecasting information as input to the Company's biweekly process.
• Maintain internal controls under corporate accounting and operational policies to mitigate risk and achieve operational and financial objectives. Support internal audit initiatives and process enhancement efforts.
• Maintain enterprise transfer price, review standard gross margin percentage by customer, item, and project, support operations and commercial team for customer quotation analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• 4+ years of cost accounting experience
• Solid understanding and experience in standard cost accounting
• Experience with intercompany costing and transfer pricing process and foreign currency translation
• Strong knowledge of business processes, internal controls, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (with regards to accounting and costing areas)
