Responsibilities:
People Tec is in search of a System Administrator to provide highly complex technical assistance in support of operating Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS). May provide system services in the areas of maintenance, testing, operations, logistics, integration, and installation of FRCS. Configures and implements industrial control system (ICS) for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory, Control, and Data Acquisition (SCADA), building automation, and process control.

People Tec is currently seeking a System Administrator to support U.S. locations in Fort Greely, AK, Joint Base Lewis-Mc Chord, Tacoma Washington, Mc Alester Army Ammunition Plant, Mc Alester OK, White Sands Missile Range, White Sands New Mexico and many locations outside of the U.S. (OCONUS). OCONUS locations include CP Tango-Yongsan, South Korea, Fort Buckner, Japan, Landstuhl, Germany, and Camp Humphreys, South Korea.

Configures and implements industrial control system (ICS) for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory, Control, and Data Acquisition (SCADA), building automation, and process control.
Knowledge and experience in cyber compliance is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
Required Skills/Experience:
- System Administration in FRCS environment.
- Must be able to provide technical assistance with daily operations, system upgrades, and preventative maintenance for FRCS.
- Must be able to properly address TCP/IP networks and RS-485 communications across multiple protocols including BACnet, Lon, Modbus, and others.
- Experience resolving operational and technical deficiencies with the control systems.
- Excellent communication skills. Serve as technical liaison between govt, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
- At least 8 years of related work experience.
- Travel: 15 %
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active Do D Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
Education Requirements:
- BS Degree in technical field or HS diploma and equiv work experience
- 8 years of applicable work experience
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of cyber compliance
- Familiarity with SCADA software (Wonderware, ICONICS, Factory Talk Studio, etc) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) (Not all inclusive)
- Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (Niagara, Metasys, Trane, Web Control)

Familiar with hardening of Field Points of Contacts (FPOC) and Building Point of Contacts (BPOC)
