We are looking for an ambitious and energetic addition to our Sales & Business Development team to act as a link between our customers and one of the best marketing solutions agencies. You will work closely with our support to provide our customers with the best ways towards success.The mission
- Achieves new business targets through expert execution of the sales process.
- Cultivates deep trust-based relationships and develops comprehensive understandings of client needs and priorities.
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails (often cold calling), contact C-level, online marketers, and decision-makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs.
- Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and build value for the next steps in the sales process.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and develop strategic business plans to identify high-potential prospects.
- Provide consultative customer education on what we have to offer based on the company’s business objectives.
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com (CRM database). Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce.com
- Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline
Here’s what you’ll need to be considered
- Fluency in English (French, Spanish are a plus).
- At least 2 years experience in Business Development or B2B sales, ideally in the high web & online marketing industry.
- Having knowledge of strategic selling.
- Confident with MS Office tools & Salesforce.
- Have strong presentation and communication skills.
- Telemarketing background is a plus.
