• Drive process improvement projects, focusing on streamlining workflows and implementing robust SOPs across various departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Project Management) to identify areas for process enhancement and standardization.
• Document, analyze, and map current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing and implementing new SOPs, ensuring they align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct process audits and gather data to measure the effectiveness of implemented SOPs and process changes.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, work instructions, and training materials.
• Support change management initiatives related to new process rollouts, including training and communication plans.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process improvements and report on their impact.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Contribute to the development of a culture of operational excellence and process adherence throughout the organization.

• Current student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized individual with ability to prioritize and attention to detail.
• High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Empathetic in dealing with different people. Able to quickly build relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.
• Great project manager who can create meticulously detailed execution plans for large-scale projects and then deliver them to plan regardless of any surprises or ambiguity along the way.
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Extreme ownership, a can-do attitude.
• Fluent in Spanish and knowledge of English is a plus.
