Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Business Quality Data Steward that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
As a Steward for Enterprise Data Governance you will be supporting the Global Capacity Owner (GCO) for Enterprise Data Governance in Customer Experience Excellence.
In this support role, you will be the point of contact for interaction on Assets on EDG platform for Regions/Countries and IT, taking on the role of being a liaison.
You will be supporting the definition of the process’s on the platform, this includes structured training and communication.
Role and Responsibility
As a Business Quality Steward, you support the GCO on Enterprise Data Governance tool in ensuring the quality of Assets on the platform, the process are well defined, documented and adhered to by users.

Some of the key tasks include
- Platform and solution development
- Process monitoring
- Asset monitoring
- Support enhancement development and testing on platform
- Process definition
- Training
- Liaison with IT and Regions
- IT Liaison
- Liaison with IT to support product and solution enhancement and Regional support
- R/OPU support
- Liaison with Regions to manage Assets, process and training
- Excellent communication and People skills
- Adept in Collibra (or other Metadata management tool), Microsoft Platforms and common business tools like, MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Experience working with Data governance roles and responsibilities.
- Managing international / Regional Business owners
- Process development, training course ware development
- Experience in training and user support
- Nice to have – experience in a Global Pharmaceutical company
- Ideally experience in Data management in Pharma industry
- Collibra as a business tool
