We are currently looking for Cards Business Analyst in Madrid:

Job description:

Experience in cards disputes or chargebacks management processes within banking market preferably in Spain.
Experience working with Spanish national card scheme (STMP) and card processors (Red Sýs, CECA)
General knowledge of Card Payments value chain:
o Card payments from the issuer perspective.
o Card operations: Approval, return, reversal, dispute presentment, chargebacks and arbitration.
o Card disputes management
Experience on Payments management lifecycle for card operations controls, traceability and monitoring across all value chain.
Experience on management card payments from a user interface perspective or the systems involved in:
Adjustment, Interchange and transactions details.
Experience using, parameterizing or developing tools such as Centex, Diusframi, Pega smart disputes, Adyen disputes, Ethoca, Verifi
Dynamic, creative, committed people with interpersonal and teamwork skills.
The candidate must be fluent in English.

Qualifications:

+3 years of experience in a similar role.
University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
MBA as a nice to have.
High level of English.
