We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.
Responsibilities: Your role as Coordinator will involve:

Coordination and operations of commercial events both in-person and online.
Management of internal team communication website.
Administration and reporting of the department's expenses and invoices.
Attendance and participation in commercial events in-person and online.
You will be part of an exciting team actively participating and taking the lead of transversal projects.
Build relationships and communicate efficiently with all commercial teams and relevant teams across IE.
Deliver high-quality candidate experiences throughout the sales process/customer journey.
Create reports and assist in the preparation of statistics.
Expertise in sales innovation tools (Power BI, CRM, Hubspot…)
Assist in preparation of marketing materials.
Support teammates as necessary to build team-oriented environment and contribute ideas to innovative team atmosphere, to ensure continuous improvement, excellent experience, and outstanding reputation of IE programs.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should have:

Highly motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic person, willing to learn and take on new challenges
Bachelor´s Degree
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
In possession of a valid work permit for Spain
Experience in the Education industry is preferred
Previous experience coordinating projects or events is preferred
People driven, with a customer-centric approach
Ability to work under pressure, in international and diverse environments
Sales oriented profile
Highly proactive
Excellent communication skills
