What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
- Answer questions and help e Commerce customers by phone and chat with relevant actions related to online orders and deliveries
- Handle calls that are not answered by stores and submit customer inquiries via CRM systems
- Follow the processes and procedures created for the project
- Opportunity to handle inquiries via social media and email in the future
- Be on site at a timely manner, ready to start work at the agreed time
- Work together as a group and achieve set goals

- Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch

- Full-time 39 hours/week contract: Indefinite first 2 weeks Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00 then Mon - Fri 08:00 - 18:00 and Sat 09:00 - 17:00
