Dutch Customer Service Representative

Do you live in Spain or on the Spanish islands and are you looking for a remote job to give your life in Spain an extra boost? Start working as a Remote Customer Service Representative for the RDW!

What will you do?
As a Remote Customer Service Representative for the RDW, you will be the friendly point of contact for all road users on the new toll road between Rozenburg and Vlaardingen. You will handle questions both by phone as well as e-mail. Your tasks will include:

Providing information and answering questions about toll registration and payments.
Handling any complaints that may arise.
Maintaining all administrative records related to the systems.
Providing feedback on the new toll road based on the experiences of travelers.

From day one, you will work 100% remotely from your home in Spain. You will receive a one-week full-time paid training to learn all the ins and outs of the job. After that you will work in shifts divided from Monday till Friday between 08:00 and 20:00 and Saturday between 10:00 and 18:00.

What do we offer?

If you start as a Remote Customer Service Representative for the RDW, we offer:

A gross salary of €1,900 per month based on 40 hours per week;

What do we ask for?
If you start as a Remote Customer Service Representative for the RDW, we ask for:

Good communication skills and fluent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
Good computer and system skills;
Customer focus and attention to detail;
If you also speak good English and/or German, that’s a plus.
