Job Title: Language Customer Support Advisor (Dutch or German with English)
Location: Onsite, Madrid, Spain (must already have NIE, no relocation available)
Start Date: Immediate (Start this week)
Salary: €26,500 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Customer Support Advisor to join our team immediately. If you are fluent in Dutch or German and proficient in English, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will provide high-quality customer service support to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad
Pay: 26,500.00€ per year

- Early Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Late Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Customer Support Advisor to join our team immediately. If you are fluent in Dutch or German and proficient in English, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will provide high-quality customer service support to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch or German, with some English communication as needed.
- Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and product or service-related issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures.
- Fluency in Dutch or German, with strong English communication skills.
- Must have a valid NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero).
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with a calm and positive attitude.
