Customer Care Representative
We are looking for a Customer Care representative to strengthen and assist our Customer Care team. The right person has experience within import-export, documentation and customer service, and also has strong interpersonal skills and can easily communicate in English with colleagues from all over the world. What you will do:

• Provide excellent Customer Service
• Process customer and internal orders in our ERP-system
• Generate all necessary paperwork and information required for deliveries within the EU.
• Generate all necessary paperwork and information required for export shipments (LATAM)
• Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files
• Trace orders as required and notify customers of any activity concerning their order delivery.
• Assist the Sales Department and other Supply Chain Departments as needed
• Back up for team members within the Customer Care department.
• Maintain a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Education within logistic, administration, supply chain and customer service.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within import –export, documentation and customer service
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of other languages is beneficial
• Experience from an international company is beneficial
• Excel and general computer knowledge

The Customer Care Representative will work at our office in Tarragona, Spain. International travel may be required to some extent.
