What you will do:
- Decide if calls need immediate attention, transfer, or follow-up.
- Understand each customer’s needs from the provided info.
- Collect and update all necessary details in the database.
- Use your empathy to guide customers through technical issues.
- Escalate concerns and clearly explain company policies to customers.
- Liaise with customers and prospects to promote products, identify purchase opportunities, and explore how our other products or services can provide additional benefits.
- A fulltime contract.

On top of that we offer:

- Willingness to interact with customers and provide them with an excellent customer experience.
- C2/C1 level of Dutch (assessed by an external provider) and at least B2 in English.
- Availability for training of up to 4 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM - 05.15 PM.
- Flexible working hours after the training period: shifts between 7.00 AM and 11.00 PM, from Monday to Sunday and between 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM for Roadside Assistance.
- Customer orientation and at least 1 year of working experience in sales or distribution.
